All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at bryan@vignery.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
