Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Intentional Way.

Because many of our products include books, digital resources, and educational content, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item if applicable

If approved, we will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital products or downloadable resources

  • Used books

  • Opened or damaged items caused after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
